M & J Technologies conducts comprehensive training schemes for all employees.
Each employee goes through a range of training programmes, both at initiation and on-going as part of an annual programme. All training is verified, with records being kept on file by human resources.
Training is arranged in house, externally, and on the job. Special skills training course are also given.
