Sebastian Leow - Quality Assurance Director

Sebastian Leow has 20 years of high volume manufacturing experience in the storage environment, Seagate (Kallang/AMK/Wuxi) , Archive, Conner, Western Digital, Maxtor Suzhou and Belton Wuxi prior to joining M&J. Over the past 10 years, he has worked as the Quality and Customer Quality Director in Seagate Wuxi/AMK and Quality Director in Maxtor Suzhou and Belton Wuxi managing the Quality Department. Sebastian Leow has a BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Aberdeen University, UK.

Frances Pang - Snr PCBA Commodity Manager

Frances Pang has 12 years of experience in Procurement function of which she spent 3 years with DAC, 7 years with Seagate Technologies (Senoko, AMK, Teparuk) and 2 years with Belton Thailand as a Program & Customer Service Manager prior to joining M&J. Her expertise for Electrical, Mechanical & Electro-mechanical components in Purchasing & Procurement functions. Frances holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with University of South Australia (Adelaide).

Jennifer Lau - Sr, Program Manager

Jennifer Lau joined M&J Technologies Co.,Ltd as a MPS Manager in Oct 2006 and she has 10 years of experience in customer service functions in electronic manufacturing industry as customers’ interface with MNC companies like Seagate and WD.

Peter Guagliano - Director of Research & Development

Peter Guagliano has 20 years of experience designing and implementing advanced electronics and software-based solutions. Mr. Guagliano posses a BE in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Stony Brook University in New York, USA. He is also licensed as a FAA Airframe and Power Plant mechanic and previously owned his own prototype PCBA fabrication facility in New York.

Executive Profiles

ET Foo - General Manager (Acting)

ET Foo graduated from USA major in Electrical Engineering. Has 20 years of experience in the Operation and holding Senior Management position. With his visionary initiatives, concepts and adaptive strategies that has earned him rewards which he was appointed by Read-Rite Managing Director to receive the first MD’s Award in 1995. He was appointed as a key team member to help setup AMD manufacturing plant in Bangkok. In 1996, he was the Director of Quality Assurance in CAM Technologies, who oversees the function of whole Quality Assurance department. Prior to M&J Thailand, he was the Managing Director for an EMS company for 8 years in Malaysia. In operations he has implemented the Lean Manufacturing and introduced the six sigma concepts which bring improvement in the operating cost; capacity and margins. As in commercial, he has much experience in interfacing and manages multi-national company business account.
