Our partners offer prototype-design, tool design, manufacturing and value-added engineering for the various metal stamp components.
Tool Fabrication
Our suppliers all have extensive tooling production facilities that include CNC machining, CNC wire cutting etc.
Stamping Production
Featuring machines upto 200T and sheet metal production facilities including turret punch press, and CNC hydraulic Press Brake. The CNC turret punch press provides a ± 0.1 mm (.004”) finished part accuracy and ± 0,05 mm (.002”) finished part repeatability. It processes material thickness up to 3.5 mm (.135”) mild steel and up to 6.35 mm (.250”) aluminum.
The machine accommodates a nominal work piece size of up to 1250 x 1250 mm (49.2” x 49.2”). Larger sheets can be processed with clamp repositioning.
The latest Press Brake machines feature touch screen controls providing quick set-up and accurate control of the bending process for excellent results.
